I love the premise of this book. It sounds really suspenseful. I enjoy thrillers but I haven’t read anything by this author so I will have to give this one a go at some point.

I think the only one of Peter May’s books i’ve read already is “I’ll keep you safe”. Even though this is the third of a trilogy it looks as if it would be perfect as a stand alone read.

One thing that really impresses me about Peter May is how all his premises are so different and he isn’t daunted or put off by the very different settings he uses. From thrillers in China, to Outer Hebridean Isles and modern day Europe, every location setting he uses is impeccable researched and portrayed beautifully. Such a talented author.
I do love a thriller and a hardback, so couldn’t resist this competition!
